'The Kooks' kicked off the 5th date on their UK leg of 'The Best Of' tour at The Usher Hall in Edinburgh on the 28th of November 2018.

The band from Brighton were supported by Australian rock band 'DMA's' before they set on stage at 21:00. 'The Kooks' walked out to 'Rock The Casbah' by 'The Clash' and then started off with 'Eddie's Gun' then followed up with 'Sofa Song' from their debut album 'Inside In/Inside Out' which was released back in 2006, the rowdy Scottish crowd were in for a huge performance throughout the show with the bands energy and engagement on stage.


The majority of the songs on the set-list were from the debut album 'Inside In/Inside Out' and their fourth album 'Listen'. During the concert The Kooks announced that they have finished their new album but there is still not a name or release date for it yet although during the set they treated fans to a new song. 

The Kooks are coming to the end of their 'The Best Of' tour in the UK with two more shows left in Bournemouth and London before they go and perform in Australia, Ireland, Isreal and America. You can purchase tickets for their future shows here:
