Cabbage confirm three big summer headline shows3

The Moseley punks will be performing in London, Birmingham and Manchester at the turn of July

Cabbage recently released their Young, Dumb and Full Of... compilation

Cabbage have announced three big headline shows for the turn of July, their biggest dates yet.

The breakthrough punks, who’ve captured the imagination of audiences with their political themes and no-nonsense style, will perform in London, Birmingham and Manchester.

The Manchester date on 1 July – near their hometown of Moseley – will be in the ample surroundings of the O2 Ritz.

Cabbage were already touring extensively in 2017 before the announcement, including playing on the NME Awards Tour next month.

They’re currently on the road on a run of sold-out dates with The Shimmer Band and April, as part of Neighbourhood On Tour.

Additional headline dates in April and appearances at Handmade Festival and FestEvol are also confirmed.

The latest shows, however, bring them to larger venues and demonstrate how quickly their appeal is building.

They’ll be supported at the new dates by The Blinders and Strange Bones. Tickets go on general sale on Friday at 10am.
