The Lake District festival is sold-out as the latest names are announced
Kendal Calling have announced another list of performers for 2017 as the festival sells out.
Following on from last week’s headline announcement, the lineups for Tim Peak’s Diner and House Party have been revealed.
The new additions include rising star Rory Wynne, Hello Operator, Everly Pregnant Brothers.
Tim Peak’s Diner is curated by Tim Burgess, and he’ll be playing his traditional DJ set, as will John Kennedy, Don Letts and Nico Mirallegro.
The Diner regularly plays host to secret sets from bigger bands, too, throughout the event.
Additionally, north-west promoters This Feeling have announced the bands for their 2017 showcase.
BlackWaters – who’ve just released their new single Down – are joined by White Room, Blinders, The Cosmics and The Assist.
Kendal Calling takes place from 27-30 July at Lowther Deer Park, near Penrith in the Lake District.
Stereophonics, Franz Ferdinand, Manic Street Preachers and Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls are some of the leading names for 2017.
Other previously confirmed bands include Slaves, Editors, Circa Waves, Blaenavon, The Shimmer Band and Honeyblood.
There’ll also be sets from singer-songwriter Jake Bugg and electronica legends Faithless.
