The slow reveal continues, with five more bands confirmed for July
The latest five bands for TRNSMT Festival are out, as the gentle lineup reveal for July continues.
Everything Everything, The Strypes and JP Cooper are the newest additions to the main stage schedule for the weekend.
There’s also two more for the initial King Tut’s stage lineup, Be Charlotte and Gerry Cinnamon.
The new additions follow the reveal of the Jack Rocks 7 as the hype for the new Scottish festival continues to build.
Everything Everything were one of 2016’s most prolific festival bands, but this year their reduced schedule makes TRNSMT one of the few places to catch them.
TRNSMT takes place from 7-9 July at Glasgow Green, as a replacement for T in the Park.
The main stage lineup to date includes headliners Radiohead, Biffy Clyro and Kasabian.
There’ll also be sets from heavyweight names like The 1975, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Two Door Cinema Club, Belle and Sebastian, Blossoms and Stormzy.
Tickets are still on sale, priced considerably lower than the other major festivals, at £149 for all three days.
